Please dress in all black so that you are not seen on the side of the stage during the show.

ALL VOLUNTEERS FOR THE EVENING SHOW: Please arrive by 3:30pm  so that we can have time to go over everything with you before the show and to make sure that you are comfortable in your volunteer role.

ALL VOLUNTEERS should enter through the door to the right of the loading dock at Burruss Hall (Go up Old Turner St. YOU CANNOT PARK HERE) . This is located down the right hand hallway if you are in the lobby of the auditorium. The check in desk will be set up there. Make sure you check in with the table to receive your volunteer role and cast information if you will be with a group of children.

IF YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING TO HELP WITH A CERTAIN ROLE WITH CHILDREN: After you receive your packet from the check-in desk, please go sit in the assigned section for your group. Runners will bring cast members to you as they arrive. Once you have all of your group, you may escort them back to the dressing room and help them get changed into their costumes. Once they are changed please return to your seats and wait to be called on. After your group is finished, if they do not go to a different dance, you may help them change into their Nutcracker t-shirt or dress clothes, then go back to your assigned section and wait for bows.
